

Principal Account Manager

Datlab, a data driven digital marketing agency, is looking for an entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused teammate to join our team as the first member of the Account Management team in a role with unlimited career growth potential.
Working alongside the CEO and COO, you’ll be the front lines of Datlab account management team. In this you’ll have complete autonomy and full control of over the Client’s SEM with your proven capability to act swiftly and show effectiveness. Additionally, you’ll be a crucial member to growing the agency from the ground up.
Your knowledge and experience in digital marketing, combined with strong analytical and communication skills will enable you to assist an exciting group of clients that includes well-funded startups and established brands to accomplish their digital media marketing objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead day-to-day operations of the clients’ SEM programs and maintain a high-standard of operational excellence.

Ensure all partners in portfolio are following our best practices in managing their Google Ads accounts and identify and promote other opportunities for partners to retain and grow their existing customer portfolio.

Develop & implement forward thinking, data-driven optimizations and analyses that align with client & company goals

Develop client facing relationships with key stakeholders amongst client portfolio.

Deliver recommendations that strive to help clients uncover business opportunities and implement new marketing solutions across other channels and networks (YouTube, Remarketing, Amazon Ads, etc).

Serve as a liaison between clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities while ensuring that clients are satisfied with their business growth.

Meet with clients locally to provide exceptional client service experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-
4-6+ years of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience, preferably on the Agency side

Strong professional presence and communication skills
-
Motivated, scrappy and entrepreneurial mindset
-
Comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to draw conclusions and with guidance, you are able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings

Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, vlookups, and chart building.

Well-versed in web analytics, UTMs and CRM tagging

Proven ability to work independently and effectively multitask across multiple priorities

Ability to think strategically, analyze and anticipate the needs of clients.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar field preferred (MBA is a plus)
